At Los Skull we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit.

Give us an email or phone so we can solve the issue / query as quick as possible .

When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.

Items must be returned unused , unopened and undamaged in original packaging .

A re-stocking fee of 20% may apply at our discrection .

All returns must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

We are not liable for return postage / freight costs.

Any purchases from our retail stores must be returned at the retail store where you puchased your goods, for exhange or credit subject to that stores policies.
